Inspection reports without the template fight
Report software for multi-inspector firms. Build the layout you actually want, then stop paying per seat — one flat price, unlimited inspectors.
No card, no commitment. We email you once when it opens, and once more if the price changes. Nothing else. What we store.
The template is the whole job
Every inspector has a way they write a report. Most software makes you argue with it.
“It is impossible to build a template the way I need it.”
— a recurring theme in public reviews of established inspection software
Templates that bend
Drag sections, rename anything, reorder on the fly. No support ticket, no waiting on a release.
Per-seat pricing punishes growth
Hire a second inspector and your bill nearly doubles. That maths stops making sense fast.
Reports clients can read
A clean web report and a PDF that doesn’t look like it was printed in 2009.
Flat price, unlimited inspectors
Priced for firms, not for solo operators. If you run two or more inspectors, the maths is simple.
| Inspectors | Typical per-seat tool | Us |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $109 / mo | $199 / mo |
| 2 | $208 / mo | $199 / mo |
| 3 | $307 / mo | $199 / mo |
| 5 | $505 / mo | $199 / mo |
| 10 | $1,000 / mo | $199 / mo |
Per-seat figures are the published list price of a widely used inspection platform ($109/month plus $99/month per additional inspector), checked August 2026. We are not cheaper for a solo inspector, and we will not pretend to be — at two inspectors it is a wash, and from the third onward the gap only widens.
One price. Every inspector in your firm.
